When you use Venture AI Uganda, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account (via Google OAuth), save locations to your dashboard, or interact with our AI assistant. This includes your name, email address, profile picture (if provided by your auth provider), and the specific geographic coordinates and queries you search for.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, your location searches and saved bookmarks are used to populate your personal dashboard. We may also use aggregated, anonymized search data to improve the accuracy of our AI recommendations and predictive scoring models for all users.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as Google Cloud and Firebase) solely for the purpose of hosting our infrastructure and processing analytics securely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest.
4. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. You can manage your saved locations directly from your dashboard. If you wish to completely delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team.
