By accessing and using the Venture AI Uganda platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Use of Service
Venture AI Uganda provides business intelligence, spatial analytics, and AI-assisted recommendations. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (via Google OAuth or otherwise) and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate market intelligence based on OpenStreetMap and proprietary datasets, Venture AI Uganda does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions or business scores provided by the platform. You acknowledge that business decisions carry inherent risks, and our platform is meant to be a supplementary research tool, not professional financial advice.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of Venture AI Uganda are provided under a Premium subscription model. By opting into a Premium plan, you agree to provide valid payment information. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
