1. Data Protection & Privacy Act (2019)

VentureUg operates in strict adherence to the Data Protection and Privacy Act (2019) of the Republic of Uganda. We are committed to securing the personal data, locations, and financial models of our users.

Data collection is strictly limited to information necessary for providing business intelligence services. We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and rely on local browser storage to minimize server-side data retention. If you have questions regarding data sovereignty or wish to request data deletion, please contact our support team.

2. Mobile Money & Financial Integration

VentureUg utilizes approved and regulated payment gateways to process Mobile Money (MoMo) transactions for Premium subscriptions and enterprise features. We do not store raw credit card numbers or Mobile Money PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are tokenized and processed in compliance with the Bank of Uganda's National Payment Systems (NPS) regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

The VentureUg platform, including its predictive algorithms, the "Area Assistant" prompt architecture, proprietary local datasets, and the unique combination of spatial analytics presented on the dashboard, are the intellectual property of Venture AI Company Limited.

Scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized commercial resale of the API or platform data without an explicit Enterprise B2B License is strictly prohibited.
